Our Mission
Meet Katie!
Hi! I’m the owner and CEO of Hot Jobs – I’m so glad you’re here! Born and raised in Colorado, I’m an entrepreneur, working mom and career advocate with a deep passion for helping people build meaningful careers AND businesses build successful teams.
My career has taken me from high-energy Hospitality sales/marketing leadership and strategic account management traveling the globe working with some of the world’s largest brands, such as Hilton, Boeing, Oracle, and Target. My hands-on approach to hiring, mentoring, and working closely with all business units has set me apart as a leader dedicated to fostering success across every level of an organization.
Since taking over Hot Jobs Staffing, I’ve focused on empowering businesses and job seekers by providing tailored staffing solutions, navigating the complexities of mountain town employment, and fostering strong professional networks. Alongside this, I continue to explore ventures in business growth, content creation, and career coaching, helping others carve out fulfilling careers on their own terms.
I’m a devoted girl mom raising three vibrant daughters with my husband Rob—who also supports Hot Jobs business operations—I bring a personal mission to everything I do – nurturing both my family, business, and the Colorado community I love.
Meet Jho-Anne!
Hi, and welcome! I’m Jho-Anne, the Talent & Marketing Manager at Hot Jobs Staffing. Originally from the Roaring Fork Valley, I started my career in 2023 as an intern at Hot Jobs and earned a BSBA with a Marketing Minor from CMC.
I believe recruiting is about more than just filling positions – it’s about building meaningful relationships based on trust, transparency, and collaboration. My approach is personalized, proactive, and results-driven, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for all parties involved. Whether you’re a company looking to grow your team or a job seeker aiming to find your next role, I aim to make the process as seamless and effective as possible.
Outside the office, you can find me being creative through painting and photography, enjoying outdoor adventures, and trying new restaurants. I always balance work and play.
