Hot Jobs Staffing & Recruiting was proudly founded in Pompano Beach as TTP, Inc. in 1993 by Kathryn Consoli and quickly became one of South Florida’s leading staffing partners. For over a decade, TTP, Inc. served the region with excellence in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement staffing—earning multiple awards and deep community ties through leadership in staffing associations and local chambers.
In the mid-2000s, TTP, Inc. expanded to the Rocky Mountains, where we established Hot Jobs Staffing & Recruiting, a successful operation and relocated our headquarters just outside of Aspen, Colorado. Over the years, we’ve continued to grow our reach and reputation across the Colorado market—partnering with businesses of all sizes and industries.
Now, we’re thrilled to return to where it all began now as Hot Jobs Coastal, opening our second office local in West Palm Beach and bringing the same proven expertise and personalized service back to the businesses that helped shape our story.
